NOTICE OF INTENT. SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to award a sole-source contract, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to Delta Electronics, Inc., 5730 General Washington Drive, Alexandria, VA 22312 for the refurbishment of one SLS-4M (30x30) Antenna Matrix. Delta electronics is the sole manufacturer, distributor, and service provider of the matrix. The Government anticipates award of a Commercial Firm Fixed Price contract. The NAICS Code is 334220 and the applicable size standard is 750 employees. NO SOLICITATION WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
