The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to procure FY12 hardware spport of aircraft elevators onboard the CVN72 RCOH. This includes ACE master PLC panel, ACE Flex I/O enclosure, ACE sump pump relay and ACE PLC master control. The elevator system and components are being procured on a sole source basis from Rockwell Automation of Mayfield Heights, OH. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
