The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of the Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Salem, Virginia is conducting market research to determine small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Woman Owned Small Business or HUBZone's interest in a service contract to perform full preventive maintenance and testing on Gambro Phoenix Dialysis units to include all parts, labor, travel, and testing at the Salem Medical Center located at 1970 Roanoke Blvd., Salem, VA 24153. Preventive Maintenance services shall include, but are not limited to cleaning of equipment, calibrating the equipment, performing remedial maintenance of non-emergent nature, testing and replacing faulty and worn parts and/or parts which are likely to become faulty, fail or become work, inspecting and replacing where indicated all mechanical components and filters, and providing documentation of services, measurements and testing performed. The contractor must be factory trained and certified by the manufacturer and have access to all the original manufacturer's documentation and repair parts. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 811219 Size Standard: $20.5 million, and the Classification code is J065. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY.
