The U.S. Air Force, 48 Contracting Squadron intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Period of Performance 1 October 2005 to 30 September 2006 plus two option years for the preventive maintenance, calibration and repairs for the HDI 5000 Ultrasound System located at the hospital, RAF Lakenheath, England. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. Award will be evaluated on technical specifications and total price. A completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representation and Certification – Commercial Items will be required and interested contractors should be registered with CCR at www.ccr.gov.
