Furnish all tools, labor and parts, with the exception of xray tubes, to provide service/preventative maintenance on Philips Model MX8000 CATSCAN, Serial # 9586 located at the James E. VanZandt VA Medical Center, Altoona, PA. Contractor shall maintain equipment in accordance with conformance standards, including all intervening calls necessary between regular service and calibrations. Contractor MUST have access to complete service manuals and manufacturers parts inventory. Solicitation documents to be available on or about December 3, 2004. Period of performance is one (1) year with four (4) one year renewal options. Bids are due no later than 2:30P.M. local time January 7, 2005.
