The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to modify existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-01-G-2301 with Bath Iron Works Corporation (BIW), 700 Washington Street, Bath, ME 04530 to include the planning of the Post Shakedown Availability (PSA) for the DDG 90, a DDG 51 Class AEGIS Destroyer. The Cost type orders will be negotiated on a sole source basis with BIW for the DDG 90 PSA’s advance planning, engineering and management support. The individual orders placed under the BOA shall be synopsized, when required, in accordance with applicable requirements.
