The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with Phillips Medical Systems. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Phillips Medical Systems for labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration, and repairs for a Phillips Computerized Tomography (CT) MX8000, its accessories, and associated equipment located at the Kansas City VA Medical Center, 4801 Linwood Blvd., Kansas City, Missouri 64128.
