INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs Networking Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to negotiate sole source commercial service with Philips Healthcare. located at 22100 Bothell Everett Highway, Bothell Washington, 98021 for service and preventive maintenance of the Philips Ingenia 1.5t MR system located at the following locations: Fayetteville Veterans Affairs Medical Center, North Carolina. The period of performance for this procurement shall be for 12 months with no option periods. This proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest by sending capability statements in reference to this requirement no later than 0900 a.m., September 10th, 2018 EST to: [email protected]. Telephone inquiries shall not be accepted. All information shall be furnished at no cost of obligation to the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
