There currently exists a security fence across the downstream side of the bridge that is in need of repair and new gates also need to be installed. The existing fence needs to be repaired and or replaced in-kind as necessary as well as the installation of four (4) 12-foot wide x 12-foot tall double swinging gates. All repairs and replacements will be done in accordance to the scope of work and specifications attached.
