This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of qualified sources; (2) their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition. The NAICS code is 811219 and the Size Standard is $19.0M. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business set-aside is possible. The Government intends to award a Firm, Fixed-Price contract to the successful offeror.
The Northern Regional Contracting Office is seeking qualified sources to provide premium plus maintenance services specifically for a Parata Pharmacy 2000 Automated Dispensing System to include all systems, subsystems components, and assemblies. The manufacturer part numbers and serial numbers are as follows: M-P2K PRM W/RMT PHARM LCTN; M-P2K PRM W/RMT UL SPRT; M-P2K PRM W/RMT UL SPRT; M-MAX ZONE A PRM+, SN: 03-2012-11032; SN 03-2611-10845. The system is located at Kenner Army Health Center, Fort Lee, VA.
All qualified sources are invited to submit capability statements that substantiate their experience and qualifications in providing the product within three (3) business days from the date of this notice. Interested firms shall indicate that their product is guaranteed to be compatible with the Parata Pharmacy 2000 Automated Dispensing System, and that they have provided similar supplies to military medical treatment facilities and/or the general public under terms and conditions similar to those stated in this notice. Responses to this notice should include company name, address, and telephone number, point of contact (POC), and brochures which will allow the Government to understand your equipment offerings and options.
