General Services Administration, Region 10, PBS, Facilities Operations Support Team has a requirement for Operations, Maintenance, and other services at the existing U S Federal Building/U S Courthouse, and for the new Wayne L. Morse U S Courthouse currently under construction, located in Eugene, Oregon. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and ensure effective performance. The contract is an Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery, firm fixed price, performance-based contract. Base period is for one year, with four one-year options possible. Start date for full services at the existing USFB/USCH is May 1, 2006. Phase-in services for the new Wayne L. Morse Courthouse will begin May 1, 2006, with full services anticipated to begin after substantial completion on/about July 15, 2006. This contract is 100% set-aside for small business entities.
