General Services Administration; Public Building Services; Northwest Region 10, Property Development Division; Facilities Operations Support Team; Contract Services Team has a requirement for Operations, Maintenance & Other Services at the Wenatchee Federal Building/U.S. Post Office located in Wenatchee, Washington. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of Operations, Maintenance & Other Services. The contract is a firm fixed price, performance-based contract, which consist of a three-year base with two options varying from one-year to three-years dependent on contract performance. The estimated start date is August 1, 2005 and is a total small business set-aside.
