The Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) has an urgent requirement to conduct engineering fault analysis, modification and repair of non-compliant Object Mobile Automated Instrumentation Suite (OMAIS) Small Arms Transmitters (SAT). This is to announce PEO STRI?s intent to award a non-competitive time & material contract to Icon Systems, Inc., to fulfill this requirement. The estimated value of this award is approximately $100,000. Icon shall conduct the work on the current OMAIS SATs developed for the Operational Test Command (OTC). This effort supports the fielding of the OMAIS SATs in preparation for upcoming major operational tests. As the SAT manufacturer, Icon Systems, Inc is the only known company capable with the background and experience of providing the required analysis and repair for these fielded systems.
