The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Research and Development (ORD), Center for Environmental Solutions & Emergency Solutions (CESER), Groundwater Characterization & Remediation Division (GCRD), located in Ada, OK intends to award a contract for Maintenance/Service Agreement for laboratory equipment to Thermo Electron North America LLC on a Sole Source basis. The services will be needed for a Base Period of 1 base year with two one-year optional periods. The services will be needed to maintain a Thermo Electron North American Element XR Basic System, serial number SN042443.
