Vendor shall provide all resources necessary to maintain, service, trouble-shoot, fix and/or repair five Tecan machines located within the VA Central Biorepository. Services will include on-site repairs in case of instrument failure, travel costs, labor, one scheduled preventative maintenance, hot-line support and hardware and software upgrades.
