Solicitation Number: N00383-19-Q-P016 NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit Kongsberg Underwater Technology (327E2), Lynnwood, WA for the repair of various items listed at the end of this notice. The intention of this solicitation is to award a firm fixed priced contract. The government intends to contract on a sole source basis with Kongsberg Underwater Technology. Kongsberg Underwater Technology is the only known source for repairing the items listed at the end of this notice. This procurement is being processed in accordance with Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The applicable NAICS code is 336413. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, quotations or capability statements.
