The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Varian, Columbia, MD 21045, pursuant to 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1)--Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This purchase is for one (1) each of the following items: 1) Maintenance contract on UI600-10920NMR System. Provide parts & labor for corrective maintenance of complete Cold Probe System & probes, plus scheduled maintenance. Effective dates of service: 7/31/07-7/30/08.
