The quotation number is N00178-07-Q-3047 and is a request for quotations. All interested parties shall be considered by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division. All offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration Database at http://www.ccr.gov before award can be made. The Government intends to procure the following maintenance on a 2.5 MW Generator and a 250 KW Generator. This work is to be performed one time on site at the Dahlgren Division. The contractor shall provide labor, parts and material to wipe down units, change the oil, oil filters and fuel filters. The oil must be Caterpillar 8C3704 (six barrels). The oil filters must be Caterpillar 179-1502 (eight each). The fuel filters must be Caterpillar 1R0766 (eight each). The oil liner must be Caterpillar 7C8390 (eight each). The seals must be Caterpillar 6V3349 (two each), 7C4419 (eight each) and 6V5055 (two each). Replace belts on Onan Generator set and replace the radiator cap. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811412 with a size standard of $5M. The order shall be a firm fixed price contract.
