The Government intends to award a contract to LGS Innovations, LLC, 5440 Millstream Road, Suite E210, McLeansville, NC 27301-9274. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Installation Contracting Office, located at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, has a requirement for Telephone Switch Maintenance to support the phone system at Fort Campbell, KY post wide. The procurement will be conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996 as implemented by FAR 13.501(ii), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811213 and the small business dollar amount is $10,000,000.00. This sole source requirement will be procured under Simplified Acquisition Procedures using Other Than Full and Open Competition, and awarded on a sole source basis. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 5 business days from the date of the publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
