The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Siemens Medical Solutions to provide maintenance, parts, software upgrades and technical support on Government owned Siemens MR System located at the Hines VA Hospital, Hines, IL. NAICS: 811219. The government believes that Siemens Medical Solutions is the only vendor who can provide the maintenance and support, which can meet our requirements. This Notice of Intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 10 days after publication of this synopsis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature, detailing how they can meet the VA requirements.
