The U.S. Army Testing Center has a requirement for maintenance of the Philips Army Airfield at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD. Work consists of management, operation, and control of functional areas necessary to provide the following services: av iation unit maintenance (AVUM), organizational, limited direct support and general support maintenance services for aircraft and related support equipment; aircraft maintenance quality control inspection; supply/property support; alert services; refueling /defueling; air traffic control (ATC); flight dispatch/advisory; flight operations; and aviation life support equipment (ALSE) maintenance.
