Items to be purchased: Maintenance and service of 3rd Medical Group’s IMCR2100-1480, IMCR2100-1481. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 1 Oct 05. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals not a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
