FISC Norfolk Detachment Phila intends to solicit on a small business set aside commercial items basis as outline under FAR part 12 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR part 13 for on site Cannon multi-functional copier printer maintenance in support of the National Naval Medical Center Bethesda, MD. Maintenance services will be required on an as needed basis w/ a response time of no longer then 5 hours. Vendor to provide all the necessary labor and supplies w/ the exception of (paper) to keep the multi-functional copiers up and running at NNMC Bethesda MD. All durable repair parts are to be new Cannon replacement parts. Maintenance services under this requirement will be from 0800 to 1600, five days per week Monday thru Friday. The start date for services will be 1 April 07 thru 30 Sept 07 and will allow for up to four one year option periods. The successful contractor will have an in-depth knowledge and have experience servicing Cannon equipment. A firm fixed price commercial items purchase order is the expected result of this acquisition effort. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 821111. The RFQ will be issued on or around 29 Jan 07, and will be posted to the Navy Electronic Commerce Office @ WWW.NECO.Navy.Mil upon its release.
