The Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center intends to issue a maintenance agreement, on a sole source basis, to Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc., 100 Berwyn Park, Berwyn, PA 19312. The applicable NAICS is 339113. The agreement will cover shared service basic coverage for the Siemens Magnetom Avanto MRI system installed and in use at PVAMC, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, VA 19104. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for the required services under authority of FAR 6.302-1, only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
