Sole source is based on only one responsible source as Integra Life Sciences, is the manufacturer of Luminant Localizer, Phantom Base, and CRW Precision ARC. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 811219; the large business size standard is $20.5 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
