The government intend to award a firm fixed price contract to Beckman Coulter, Inc. to procure 1 EA LIQUID SCINTILLATION COUNTER (LSC), 1 EA CONFIDENCE PAK, AND ONE YEAR EXTENDED SERVICE WARRANTY. Award to be made based on all or none, and the lowest technically acceptable quote received. Contract to be awarded IAW Simplified Aquisition, FAR Part 13.
