This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepare in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document is W9124B-08-T-0823 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16 dated 22 March 07. The associated NAICS code is 811198. Contractor shall provide the following specific tasks: ITEM DESCRIPTION AND QUANTITY FOR FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP). CLIN0001 On a quarterly basis, for 20 police emergency vehicles, provide on-site inspection, repair, replacement parts and service and installation for all components of installed light bars and sirens. Provide all labor and parts to fix, install and troubleshoot vehicles for all emergency lights, sirens and electrical systems. CLIN0002: As needed, provide removal/installation of emergency vehicle light bars and sirens for newly acquired vehicles which would entail removing existing equipment from older vehicles and installation of that equipment into the new vehicle. Mr Mike Butolph at 760-380-2591 is the POC for the Provost Marshal's Office. The total cost for spot lights, per vehicle, is the same cost regardless if the process is application or removal.
