The 513th MI is looking for a provider that will provide the following for the JWICS A/V VTC System:

Technical Assistance

System Restoration Services (Next day replacement and software upgrades)

24X 7Help Desk Services.

Corrective On-Site Support (Technician)

Bi-Annual UGCC Preventive Maintenance Visits

Establish and Maintain Documentation Database
Support Incidents (Corrective support incidents are assigned a ticket number, which will be relayed to the site facilitator
when a problem is reported)

Exclusion from service

Replacement of camera image pick-up devices (i.e., tubes and chips).
Re-tubing of monitors, plasma screens and projectors (including rear projection systems).
Repair or replacement of consumables such as lamps, printer cartridges, fuses, VTR heads and batteries.

Industry Certified Personnel.


MUST HAVE A TOP SECRET FACILITY CLEARANCE
