NA The Government anticipates entering into a sole source procurement with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Missiles and Fire Control-Orlando, 5600 Sand Lake Road, MP-228, Orlando, Florida 32819-8907 to provide Depot Level Repair and Contract Verification Team of TADS/PNVS components for support of the AH-64A aicraft. The basic period of performance shall be from 1 Jan 2003 through 31 Dec 2003 with four one year options for TADS/PNVS and M-TADS/PNVS (when fielded), covering CY's 2004-2007. This requirement is un der the authority and justification of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) based on the determination that the Government needs can only be satisfied by one source. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
