USCG Integrated Support Command Boston is issuing HSCG24-08-Q-3QES08, a Request for Quotes under simplified acquisition procedures, commercial item acquisition for a contractor to construct three sails from "North Oceanus" dacron (flying jib, mizzen topmast staysail, and lower topsail) and to repair two sails (upper topsail, mainroyal staysail) of USCGC EAGLE.
