Inventory of Equipmentat the Department of Energy,Germantown, MD.To conduct a survey to identify all of the equipment currently in use. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment and materials required to perform the services specified herein. It shall bre noted that all work shall be performed during normal working hours of the tenant agency and shall not interfere with any functions of the tenants, should they occur during the course oc this contract. The contractor shall inventory every building system, sub-system and serviceable component, and verify the usage and maintenance requirements thereof. The contractor shall survey,coordinate, review and upgrade the existing DOE maintenance inventory at the DOE Germantown Campus with all the equipment on hand.
