This announcement serves as a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219; the small business size standard is $20.5 Million. This is the only announcement that will be issued prior to award. The U.S. Department of Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region intends to award a sole-source contract for Hydromet Station Maintenance and Data Processing to State of California, Department of Water Resources (DWR), Division of Flood Management, P.O. Box 942836, Sacramento, California. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all interest and capability statements must be received by the Government no later than June 19, 2018 by 5:00pm EST to be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
