The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) has a requirement for services in continuance of its Hydromet Program from July 1, 2002 through September 30, 2006. This acquisition is intended as a Sole Source Acquisition to the State of California Department of Water Resources. The Hydromet Program includes maintenance of the Hydromet System, which is an array of remote stations that gather and submit data pertinent to annual forecasts of seasonal water supply in the Central Valley Project (CVP). The stations are in multiple locations in the Sacramento River Basin, American River Basin, Stanislaus River Basin, and Upper San Joaquin River Basin.
