The Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic (SPAWAR Atlantic), Code 2.2.3.3, intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis to Mid Atlantic Engineering Technical Services, Inc. (MAETS), located at 1501 Crossways Blvd Suite E, Chesapeake, VA 23320, on a Firm-Fixed Purchase Order to provide services consisting of the development of a Pre-installation Test and Check Out (PITCO) procedure and development of System Operational Verification Test (SOVT) procedures. Additionally the contractor will perform the PITCO and store the tested system until its installation onboard the USS Abraham Lincoln per the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor will also be required to pick up, transport, and store the Government procured equipment in a climate controlled SPAWAR approved facility. Additionally, the contractor will be required to execute PITCO and SOVT procedures for the 6TV System. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes but the Government will accept quotes from all responsible small business sources with the capability to provide the support and will award a purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government.
