The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with GE Medical Systems. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with GE Medical Systems for labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration, and repairs for an GE Innova 3100 and 4100 Digital Vascular Lab, its accessories, and associated equipment located at the Robert J.
