This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract.

MICC-Fort Riley, Fort Riley, Kansas is performing market research for Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Maintenance on Fort Riley, Kansas. If a new requirement is awarded; it will be awarded as a firm-fixed price, contract with a one (1) year base period and two (2) year option periods beginning 1 June 2013 through 30 November 2013. The primary type of work will include maintenance and repair of the Fort Riley LMR system under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811213 Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $10.0 Million average annual revenue for the last three fiscal years.

Work under this requirement shall provide the management, administration, supplies, materials and labor necessary to perform routine and required maintenance on Harris/MACOM P25 Land Mobile Radios, consoles, repeaters, and antennas for Fort Riley, Kansas.

Responses to this Sources Sought shall be provided by completing the attached industry survey and email it back to [email protected] no later than 4:00 p.m. CST, Monday, 01 April 2013

This sources sought is not considered a request for bid/quote/proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests for technical information will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on a basis of offers received in response to this notice, but offers will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the Government.
