The requirement is to provide equipment/software maintenance, preventive maintenance and emergency maintenance on the FDM 400MC Rapid Prototyping System manufactured by Stratasys, Inc. Services includes software updates and telephone technical support. Options for 4 additional years are provided to continue Basic Contract requirements. Firms/companies are invited to send their capabilities by providing specifications, brochures, manuals, reports, demonstration video and other technical data as well as identification of current customers and rough indication of pricing.
