The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Small Businesses interested and capable of providing the services described below. Responses to this notice shall include the following: (a) Company name (b) Point of contact (c) Phone and email (d) Type of small business, e.g. Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran-owned Small Business The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System located in Tucson, Arizona, needs upgrade the operating system from MS Windows XP to Windows 7 and to upgrade the FACS Diva Software (Acquisition and Analysis) from 6.1.3 to 8.1.0 as well as the FACS Canto software from 2.4 to 3.0.1. SCOPE: The Becton Dickenson FACS Canto II flow cytometers have been in use at SAVAHCS for over 10 years and are used for Leukemia /Lymphoma phenotyping on blood, bone marrow/and soft tissue specimens as well as CD4 enumeration for Infectious disease. The PC requires upgrade to be compatible with the Windows 7 software and the Diva 8.0 software must be used with Windows 7. This is in response to a VA initiative to end usage of the Windows XP software due to lack of support from Microsoft. SAVHCS P &LMS Requires: Software compatible the FACS Canto II system. In order to maintain the FDA ASR and IVD test clearances on this system, the BD FACS Diva and FACS Canto software systems must be used. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The PC and software package must be able to run the acquisition of data and data analysis on the FACS Canto II analyzers. Need responses by Noon, 4 Jan 2018.
