DESCRIPTION: This is a pre-solicitation notice for synopsis of exhauster system cleaning service at Holloman AFB, NM. Required items and services are commercial; therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, shall apply to this acquisition. Services shall include cleaning numerous exhauster systems and affiliated ductwork at various buildings at Holloman AFB, NM. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, supervision and any other incidentals as necessary to perform service at Holloman AFB, NM. The contractor shall perform in accordance with the standards outlined in the Statement of Work. Funds are not available at this time, please make quotes valid until 1 Oct 06. This acquisition will be solicited as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Award selection will be made based on the Best Value to the government. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561790. Solicitation No. FA4801-06-T-0184 will be issued as an RFQ. The RFQ will be posted on or about 21 Aug 2006.
