The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is soliciting offers to procure for Repair services for Division of Transportation, Force Accounts Farmington, NM. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. A17PS00635, herein cited is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This acquisition is for Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 811118, Size standards $7.5. Scope of Work: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision and incidentals necessary to repair for the following: 1. Complete engine rebuild for Truck Number ULT-06, a 1989 Chevy 4X4 one ton utility body truck. VIN number 1GBHV34J2KJ111627, BIA Tag no. N00214247. Vendor to completely rebuild engine to new or better condition. WO#4527861 2. Complete engine rebuild for Truck Number ULT-07, a 1989 Chevy 4X4 one ton utility body truck. VIN number 1GBHV34J3KJ111684, BIA Tag No. N00214248. Vendor to completely rebuild engine to new or better condition. WO#4527867. This service will require the vendor to mobilize to the Block Six shop located in Farmington, New Mexico and bringing all supplies, tools and equipment necessary to complete the work.
