Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), 22130, intents to award this requirement on a sole source basis to Dyalec Corporation on a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to provide engineering and technical services for X5J Mini DIAS Announcing Systems. in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed action is based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No electronic or hard copy Request for Quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.
