Work includes: host system operating; reporting, and; hardware and software upgrades necessary to achieve energy conservation measures, as well as maintenance and repair. NOTE: Must be capable of maintaining legacy Staefa-proprietary controls/software, as well as provide Staefa-compatible equipment.
