The 934th Airlift Wing, 760 Military Highway, Minneapolis ARS MN 55450-2100 is seeking professional services for inspections, maintenance, and service calls on seven (7) elevators located throughout this installation. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to maintain and repair the elevators in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation. The period of performance is anticipated to begin 1 March 2008 through 28 February 2009 with two (2) one-year renewals at the Governments option. All work is to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work, Wage Determination, commercial practices or manufacturers? specifications and ASME/ANSI requirements latest edition.
