Calibration and repair of E1/E2 Pulse Delivery System and Hemp Test Control Software.Furnish all labor, tools, replacement parts, materials and transportation necessary for periodic and aperiodic performance checks, calibration and repair of the E1 and E2 Pulse Delivery system and HEMP Test control Software used by the 85 EIS at Keesler AFB, MS. The contractor shall provide maintenance, spare parts and calibration for the period of 1 October 2006 through 30 September 2007. Negotiations will be conducted on a sole source basis with Fischer Custom Communications, Inc., Torrance CA. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
