Solicitation Number: N00383-14-R-P166 NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit Concepts NREC (0C770), White River, VT for the purchase of an dynamometer. The intention of this solicitation is to award a firm fixed priced repair contract. This contract will include the repair of the following part: NSN: 7R-7920-01-584-6859 ITEM NM: RUN-IN, Dynamometer P/N: 1314AS100-2 The government intends to contract on a sole source basis with Concepts. Concepts is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only knownsource for providing repair support of the above repair part. Thisprocurement is being processed in accordance with Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The applicable NAICS code is 336413. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, quotations or capability statements.
