This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Drager Medical for labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration, and repairs of Drager Medical Narkomed Anesthesia Equipment, its accessories, and associated equipment located at the KANSAS CITY VA Medical Center, 4801 LINWOOD BOULEVARD, KANSAS CITY, MO 64128.
