NOAA's Marine Operations Center - Pacific has a requirement to provide all supervision, material and labor necessary to perform dockside repairs to the NOAA Vessel OSCAR ELTON SETTE. All work is to be performed at the vessel's homeport, Pier 45, Snug Harbor, Honolulu, HI. Performance period to commence approximately 03 November 2003 and complete on or before 19 December 2003. Work will include, but not be limited to, Install Rescue Boat Ladder, Replace Aft Fire Pump, Strainer Widen Bulwark Doors, Install Check Valve, Repair Fuel Tank TLI's, Modify Bunkhouse, and Reconfigure Wet Lab The vessel will be available for inspection o/a 21 - 22 September 2003 in Guam.
