The USCG MLCP, Alameda, CA, is considering a HubZone set-aside contract at Kodiak, AK, for Dockside Repairs on USCGC SPAR, a 225â buoy tender. Work will be accomplished during the period of 31 August 2004 through 10 Sept 2004. Contractor will be required to accomplish the following; install a new Shipâs Oil Recovery System (SORS), magazine modification, deck covering (internal seal) and temporary services. The HubZone firm must meet the requirements of (FAR 52.219-3) which states âat least 50% of the cost of personnel for contract performance will be spent for employees of the concern or employees of other HUBZone small business concernsâ. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 336611 with a size standard of less than 1,000 employees.
