Provide restroom deodorizer/air freshener service throughout the George E. Wahlen Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 500 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84148. Service to cover restrooms and other areas as designated by the Environmental Programs Manager. Selected Contractor to provide/replace dispensing systems and deodorizers at no additional cost to the Medical Center. Contract period to run from date of award through September 30, 2007 with four (4) one-year options to extend the service. Solicitation release date on or about August 2, 2006. Solicitation closing date on or about September 1, 2006.
