Sources Sought - Repair of a Caterpillar D6XL Dozer This purpose of this announcement is to gather information on sources available to perform repairs to the hydraulics system on a Caterpillar D6XL dozer (heavy agricultural equipment) for the Wapato Irrigation Project located in Wapato, Washington. Sources who are capable and authorized to perform repair work on this type of machinery are invited to respond to this notice with a capability statement. The Caterpillar D6XL dozer can be moved to another location for the repair work to be completed; the government will consider the cost of hauling this equipment to the site of the repair when making a determination about how to solicit for this work. No award shall be issued from this notice; the results of this notice shall be used to determine how to solicit for this work.
